Capabilities

Precision Fabrication, Fully Controlled

We pair advanced roll-forming with disciplined detailing to deliver light-gauge steel systems that are efficient, durable, and dependable.

Light Gauge Steel Framing

Cold-formed steel wall, floor, and roof systems that are lightweight, straight, and dimensionally stable. Because steel won't shrink, swell, or warp, the frame you install today keeps its shape for the life of the building.

Structural Framing Components

Load-bearing studs, tracks, and joists fabricated for strength and consistency.

Precision Panelization

Pre-assembled framed panels that arrive square and ready to set, so crews spend less time cutting and measuring and more time building.

Custom Fabrication

Tailored solutions for project-specific geometry, detailing, and connections.

Design & File Review

A careful read of your drawings and scope to confirm dimensional clarity, flag conflicts early, and make sure everything is production-ready before we start.

Production Coordination

Structured planning and scheduling that keep delivery predictable.

Our process

A Disciplined Process

Every project moves through a disciplined process designed for clarity, dimensional accuracy, and dependable delivery.

01

Plan & Review

We study your drawings, scope, and specifications carefully, confirming dimensions, gauges, and connections before a single member is cut — because accuracy on paper prevents problems in the field.

02

Fabricate

Components are roll-formed and assembled to precise, repeatable tolerances.

03

Inspect

Each stage is verified against spec — dimensions, connections, and finish.

04

Prepare Delivery

Assemblies are labeled, organized, and staged for a clean, sequenced hand-off that keeps your crew moving in the right order.

05

Support Execution

We stay in close contact with your team through installation.

Steel is non-combustible — it will not ignite or add fuel to a fire, which is one of its most valued safety characteristics. It's worth being precise, though: the fire rating of a wall or floor comes from the complete assembly, including the gypsum board, insulation, and detailing that protect the steel, not from the steel alone. Because steel can lose strength at very high temperatures, we build to properly fire-rated assemblies so the whole system performs the way the code and the engineer intend. The practical result is a frame that never contributes to a fire and, when detailed correctly, supports excellent fire performance for the building.
